Session Types
Here at MJ Boxing Club, we model our sessions around you. Are you a serious fighter training to fight? An athlete looking for something new? A couch potato looking for a fun way to get in shape? A caretaker of many? Or a Cancer Survivor looking to heal? All of these are great reasons to start or continue boxing.
Different types of Sessions may include:

Private Training includes one-on-one coaching to prepare to fight or to increase strength, speed, flexibility and general health.

Semi-Private Training includes two fighters training simultaneously.

Group Sessions are a max of 6 participants and includes fitness boxing.
